Ballet Academy Ventura's Pre-ballet Dance Camp is a fun and exciting way for our youngest dancers to explore rhythm and movement. This half-day camp focuses on body awareness using props and music as a means to introduce dancers to fundamental classical ballet movements. The camp also includes arts and crafts, videos, and fun! The camp will conclude with an in-house demonstration on the last day of camp.

This exciting camp is designed for beginning ballet dancers who want to take part in an active day of dance and learning that will include ballet, jazz, or flamenco, choreography, and art. The program will culminate with an in-house demonstration at the end of the session.

This camp is designed for the more dedicated ballet student who is already at an intermediate/advanced level. The focus for the younger student will be on ballet and preparatory pointe, whereas, the focus for the older student will be on refining technique and strengthening pointe work. The day will also include jazz, character, flamenco, stretch, and variations classes, along with ballet history. The session will conclude with an in house demonstration, Saturday 11:00-12:00.
